Who we are, where we come from, and where we're headed as a church family
Here's the thing that Calvary cares about more than anything else. Our church exists to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Calvary is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same hope.
Founded in 1935, Calvary has always had a loving impact on the community of Grand Prairie and beyond. We have had three pastors for our 84 years as a church. In November 2003, Brian Loveless and his family settled in at Calvary and have been here over 15 years.
Throughout our history, Jesus has led us through some incredible transformations and we are confident that His work with us is far from over. In fact, we know that greater things are yet to come!
What's the bottom line? Calvary exists to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating irresistible environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, community with insiders, and influence with outsiders.
What does this mean for you? Most importantly, you're always welcome at Calvary. We're saving a seat for you. Wherever you're at in your faith journey, you'll always be accepted as part of the Calvary family.
